“Art 101” was created entirely in two days over the weekend of August 11-13, 2023. The genre “Silent Film” was randomly assigned at the beginning of the competition along with a required prop (toiletry bag), line (If you don’t know just say so), and character (Vance Rashter, best friend). Starring Morgan Pett, Harrison Farmer, Patrick Park, Ken Wolfe, Sam Stillman, and Garrett Henry, the movie was produced entirely at Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis, MO. “Art 101” showcases a impressive original score by Brent Johnson featuring Eric Gargrave on saxophone.
